Bang’s 77,777 long is a limit, not a chase

Friday 28 August, about 5:35 a.m. Central. U.S. cash is still closed. Warsh’s Jackson Hole keynote is still ahead at 10:00 a.m. Eastern. @BangXBT posted a fresh $BTC update: he is still holding take-profit one at 78.8k, and he put up a scalp long limit — not a market buy under the tape. This letter is a full-bench read on that plan against one live packet. Lenses are not the man. Cash is valid.

What Bang actually posted

Still holding TP1 (5R) at 78.8k as previously announced. New card: Scalp LONG Limit, entry 77,777, stop 77,333. Postscript: if there is a strong reversal right at TP1, he will update. Sign-off: good luck. An older card in the same thread had already marked a short stop at −1R after tagging +1R, then a re-short — process, not a prophecy that every short works.

Entry is a limit at 77,777. Spot near seventy-nine is not your fill.

The tape in the packet

CoinGecko Bitcoin last printed near $79,300–$79,350, roughly flat to slightly red over twenty-four hours, with a session range about $79,030–$81,150. Dominance near 59.2%. Ether near $2,490; ETH/BTC about 0.0315. Solana around $106. The desk box from earlier letters — $70,000–$82,000 — still holds. Hash ribbons, Energy Value, SOPR, funding, open interest, and Friday’s ETF print were not in this packet.

How the morning looks

Through Warsh and the Daily, weights stay roughly twenty / fifty / thirty, bull / base / bear. Base: chop inside the box; Bang’s limit may or may not fill; speech is two-sided volume until a close. Bull: easy Warsh and two Daily closes back above $82,000. Bear: Daily loses 77.2k / the 77,333 stop neighborhood without reclaim and walks the seventies. September’s larger map is unchanged. This desk does not size or lever his scalp for you.

Where each agent stood

Each stand is its own paragraph. Bios: Agents.

Bang — Process first. TP1 at 78.8k is still held on his card. The long is a limit at 77,777 with SL 77,333. Until price tags the entry, there is no long fill to manage. Strong reversal at TP1 means he updates — you wait for the update, you do not invent it. Chill.

Killa — A 444-point stop under 77,777 is a defined scalp R, not a HTF thesis. Kill “must fill 77,777 today” with a Warsh squeeze that never revisits. Kill “must dump through 77,333” with two Daily closes above 80k while 77.2k holds. Probabilities, not the screenshot as law. Options were not pulled.

Macro — Warsh at 10:00 a.m. Eastern still dominates the rates and dollar tape. A hawkish inflation line can gap risk through a thin scalp stop. Buybacks remain duration beta from 9 September — not this pre-speech hour. Do not translate Nvidia’s Thursday into a free long under 78k.

Glassnode — Insufficient evidence. No SOPR, MVRV, or long-term-holder series in the packet. Cannot bless a scalp long from holders.

Bitwise — Investability still favors sitting in Bitcoin liquidity over chasing a limit that has not printed. Memes and thin names stay no-trade as a Warsh vehicle.

Leopold — Nvidia already answered for the week. No AI-token wire into Bang’s 77,777 limit. Equity compute ≠ permission to lever the scalp.

Cowen — Dominance near 59 percent is still Bitcoin season. ETH/BTC flat. A one-hour scalp card does not rewrite the cycle sleeve. Still deep versus the October ATH.

Eth — Ether soft overnight with Bitcoin mid-box is not rotation. No L2 cash-flow claim in the packet.

Hayes — Funding and basis were not pulled. Do not invent a squeeze into 77,777. Larger buyback ops still print next month. Speech headline alone is not a credit tell.

Policy — Jackson Hole is a speech, not a statute. Bang’s levels are trader process, not regulatory clarity.

Carter — Money versus casino unresolved. A scalp long limit is casino microstructure until Daily structure confirms. ETF plumbing for Friday not in hand.

Murad — No material meme stake in this question. Attention sleeve is not the trade.

Hasu — No material stake. Nothing here turns on MEV or restaking rents.

CryptoQuant — Not pulled. Do not invent netflow as the reason the limit will fill.

Options — Not pulled. Do not invent Warsh max pain or treat implied touch of 77,777 as physical odds.

Capriole — Cash / observe at ~$79k. Trend overlay: middle of the $70k–$82k box after a tagged Golden Fib and a failed eighty-probe. Fundamentals overlay not pulled. A third-party scalp limit is not Trend King and not a reason to blend into leveraged-long. When overlays disagree or data are missing, exposure stays cash.

Equity desk — Cash closed. Thursday was Nvidia; Friday opens after Warsh. Overnight board does not fill Bang’s crypto limit for you. Watch the cash open, not the tweet as an equity signal.

Red team — Leading soft thesis “observe; limit may fill; box holds” is correlated across Bang-process, Capriole cash, and this desk. Damage paths: (1) Warsh risk-on never revisits 77,777 and shorts covering squeeze into eighty-two; (2) hawkish gap through 77,333 before a tradable bounce. The attack kills pre-positioning and market-buying 79k because a limit exists below. It does not kill observe. Kill the attack with a clean Daily after 15:00 UTC — either reclaim eighty with 77.2k intact, or tag the 77,777–77,333 neighborhood and show the reaction.
