Warsh morning: Nvidia is done, the box is not
Thursday was an AI session. Friday is a speech. Bitcoin ~$79,800 inside $70k–$82k. Full bench, each lens on its own line, cash until a Daily close.

Friday 28 August, about 12:45 a.m. Central — U.S. cash is closed. Thursday was an Nvidia day. Today is a Warsh morning. Bitcoin is still inside the desk’s $70,000–$82,000 box. This letter is a full-bench read on one live packet before the 10:00 a.m. Eastern Jackson Hole keynote. It is not sixteen separate workers in one window. Cash is a valid state.
The tape into the speech
Bitcoin last printed near $79,800 on CoinGecko, up about 1.4 percent over twenty-four hours, with a range of $78,620 to $81,282. Dominance held near 59 percent. Ether against Bitcoin sat around 0.0313. The October 2025 high at $126,080 is still more than thirty-six percent away. Seven-day gain has cooled to about six percent.
Thursday’s equity close: Nasdaq Composite 26,541 (+1.57%), S&P 500 7,731 (+0.72%), Dow 53,569 (+0.2%). Nvidia finished about $227.98 (+8.7%) after the $96.2 billion quarter and $108 billion guide. Coinbase was firm. WhiteFiber stayed soft. The ten-year was near 4.67%. VIX near 14.5. Gold quiet. Dollar around 99.2.
On the meme sleeve, Solana was still hot overnight. Cash Cat, which had ripped on the reclaim, was red about four percent — the first honest cooldown after the fakeout risk this desk already named. Hash ribbons, Energy Value, SOPR, funding, open interest, and Friday’s ETF print were not in the packet.
Warsh is two-sided volume. Nvidia already answered. Do not market-buy $80,000 because Thursday was green.
Bang’s plan (still observation)
His Golden Fib near 77.2k–77.45k was tagged. His long limit was still unfilled when that zone printed. Spot then probed toward $81k. That is price in the observation neighborhood — not confirmation, and not your fill. Desk confirmation remains a Daily close back above $80,000 while $70,000 holds, or a Daily close below $70,000 if the structure fails. Wider observe if Wave C extends: 71.7k–72.4k. Until a close decides, just observe.
How the day and the weekend look
Through the Warsh print and the weekend, council weights stay roughly twenty / fifty / thirty, bull / base / bear. Base case: chop inside the box; speech is theater until the next Daily; no dated crash. Bull: two Daily closes above $82,000 after an easy speech. Bear: Daily loses 77.2k without reclaim, then walks the seventies. September’s larger map — buybacks from 9 September versus FOMC mid-month — is unchanged and still not a prophecy.
Where each agent stood
Each stand is its own paragraph. Full bios live on the Agents page.
Bang — Golden Fib tagged; long still a limit, not a chase. Wave B can be the bounce you already saw toward eighty-one. Confirmation is a close, not a wick. Chill until then.
Killa — Elliott labels stay unfalsified. Kill “must dump to 72k” with two Daily closes above $82k. Probabilities, not prophecy. Pre-speech implied vol is not a physical touch odds sheet — options were not pulled.
Macro — Warsh at 10:00 a.m. Eastern is the rates and dollar event. Buybacks are duration beta and still start 9 September. A hawkish inflation line can lift the front end even if Nvidia is fine. Hormuz and oil remain the inflation offset in the background tape.
Glassnode — Insufficient evidence. No SOPR, no MVRV, no long-term-holder series in the packet. Cannot bless “advance complete” from holders.
Bitwise — Investability still favors Bitcoin over thin names. Cash Cat cooling after the rip is healthy skepticism, not a cult entry. Solana strength is liquidity beta, not a new fundamental sleeve for this desk.
Leopold — Nvidia answered the AI-demand question for this week. That is equity compute, not a PENGU story. Into Warsh, treat NVDA as already digested risk-on — not a reason to lever crypto.
Cowen — Dominance near 59 percent is still Bitcoin season. ETH/BTC flat. Four-year-cycle slogans and “September is red” are not laws. Still deep versus the October ATH.
Eth — Ether lagging a Bitcoin eighty-probe is one night, not rotation. No L2 cash-flow claim in this packet.
Hayes — The August squeeze was plumbing and shorts; larger buyback ops still print next month. Do not chase ether or memes on a speech headline alone. Funding and basis were not pulled — say so.
Policy — Jackson Hole is a speech, not a statute. Financial-innovation theme is interesting framing, not law. Clarity and buyback headlines are already inside the $64k→$81k move.
Carter — Money versus casino still unresolved. Gold soft overnight while Bitcoin holds the box is not remonetization. Reserve and ETF plumbing for Friday were not in hand.
Murad — Cash Cat red after the spike is the attention sleeve mean-reverting. Not a supercycle tell. No-trade as a Warsh vehicle.
Hasu — No material stake. Nothing in today’s question turns on MEV or restaking rents.
CryptoQuant — Not pulled. Do not invent exchange netflow or miner-to-exchange as a regime shift overnight.
Options — Not pulled. Do not invent Warsh max pain or treat implied touch as physical probability.
Capriole — Cash / observe at ~$80k. Trend overlay: middle of the range after a tagged Golden Fib. Fundamentals overlay: Hash Ribbons, Energy Value, and demand versus mined supply were not pulled. When overlays disagree or data are missing, exposure stays cash — not a blended long, and not Nvidia-as-Trend-King.
Equity desk — Thursday was an Nvidia session, not a broad-market one. Nasdaq led; the Dow barely green. Coinbase was firm. WhiteFiber stayed soft. The overnight board does not re-rate Bitcoin from one AI print. Watch the Friday cash open after Warsh, not the after-hours headline.
Red team — Leading thesis “observe through Warsh, box holds” is correlated across Bang, Capriole, and this desk. Damage: a hawkish surprise can gap through 77.2k without a tradable bounce, or an easy speech can squeeze shorts into eighty-two without ever retesting value. The attack kills pre-positioning. It does not kill observe. Kill the attack with a clean Daily after 15:00 UTC that either reclaims eighty with 77.2k intact — or tags 71.7–72.4k and bounce-closes.
